Returns & Refund Policy
At J Edit Boutique, we want you to love the items you purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out — we’re always happy to help.
If there is a problem with your item, please review our return guidelines below or contact us at team@jeditboutique.com.
Return Window
We offer a 14-day return request window, which means you must submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In the same condition they were received
• With original tags attached
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please submit a return request through the customer order portal associated with your order.
When submitting your request, please include:
• Your reason for return
• Photos if the item is damaged or defective
All return requests are reviewed and approved or denied on a case-by-case basis.
If your return is approved, we will send instructions on where to ship your return.
⚠️ Items sent back without first submitting a return request and receiving approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please submit a return request through the customer order portal as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you are unable to submit a request through the portal, please contact team@jeditboutique.com for assistance.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Candles
• Jewelry
• Undergarments
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
We also do not accept returns for:
• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care products (beauty items)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
Due to being a small boutique with limited inventory, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

If approved, place a new order for the desired item
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Items must still be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Returns That Do Not Meet Requirements
If a return is received but does not meet our return eligibility requirements (for example: signs of wear, washing, missing tags, damage, or condition different from what was stated in the return request), the return will not be approved for a refund.
In this case:
• The customer will be notified
• The customer may choose to have the item shipped back at their expense
If return shipping is not paid within a reasonable timeframe after notification, the item may be donated or disposed of at the discretion of J Edit Boutique.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact team@jeditboutique.com.
