Thank you for shopping with J Edit Boutique! We’re excited to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time(s)

All orders are processed within 3 Business Days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods (such as sales, holidays, or product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions beyond our control.

US Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship Internationally. If you're interested in making a large order we will consider shipping internationally, please email us at team@jeditboutique.com and we will review your request. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

J Edit Boutique is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, contact us at team@jeditboutique.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Pre-Orders & Special Items

Items marked as pre-order or made-to-order may have extended processing times. Estimated ship dates will be listed in the product description.
